Get involved with Friends and help us care for some of our state’s most precious lands, Illinois Nature Preserves and Land and Water Reserves. Friends of Illinois Nature Preserves is continuing to grow and we need more friends in every community to help with outreach, advocacy, and community building. Please send us any ideas that you have for these or share how you want to contribute.

VolunteerING & EVENTS

Stewardship days are one of the main ways volunteers accomplish tasks. They are a great way to get some exercise, have fun, learn something new and see if you’ve got what it takes to enjoy restoration. Come join us for a workday to see for yourself.
